Who we are: OnePart is operated by Artomotiv Media (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. By using this marketplace you agree to these Terms.

What we are: a MARKETPLACE that connects ID-verified buyers and sellers of vehicle parts in South Africa. We are NOT the seller of items listed by users (except items we list ourselves). Title, quality, payment and fitment are between buyer and seller.

Eligibility: you must be 18 or older with legal capacity. Transacting on the platform requires identity verification.

Accounts: one person or business per verified account. You must keep your details accurate and are responsible for activity on your account.

Identity verification: by registering you consent to ID verification as described in our Privacy Policy. Transacting is gated on verification.

Acceptable use: no illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled or unsafe goods; no prohibited categories (see Prohibited Goods Policy); no harassment, contact-harvesting or misuse of the in-app chat.

Listings: sellers warrant they own, or are legally entitled to sell, the item; that descriptions are accurate; and that used goods comply with the Second-Hand Goods Act, 2009, where applicable.

Fees: listing is free unless otherwise indicated. Promotion and ad fees apply as quoted at point of purchase.

Payments: buyers and sellers agree payment and delivery directly in the in-app chat. OnePart does not process, hold or guarantee payments.

Transactions are concluded directly between users. OnePart is not a party to them and is not liable for payment, delivery or item condition.

Liability: the platform is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to fees paid to us. We are not liable for user conduct or item condition, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where it applies to business sellers.

Suspension or termination: we may suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Governing law: South Africa. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution process set out on the platform.

Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes.
