Who we are: OnePart is operated by Artomotiv Media (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. By using this marketplace you agree to these Terms.

What we are: a MARKETPLACE that connects ID-verified buyers and sellers of vehicle parts in South Africa. We are NOT the seller of items listed by users (except items we list ourselves). Title, quality and fitment are between buyer and seller, subject to Buyer Protection where used.

Eligibility: you must be 18 or older with legal capacity. Transacting on the platform requires identity verification.

Accounts: one person or business per verified account. You must keep your details accurate and are responsible for activity on your account.

Identity verification: by registering you consent to ID verification as described in our Privacy Policy. Transacting is gated on verification.

Acceptable use: no illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled or unsafe goods; no prohibited categories (see Prohibited Goods Policy); no off-platform circumvention to avoid fees where Buyer Protection is invoked.

Listings: sellers warrant they own, or are legally entitled to sell, the item; that descriptions are accurate; and that used goods comply with the Second-Hand Goods Act, 2009, where applicable.

Fees: listing is free unless otherwise indicated. A Buyer-Protection fee may apply to protected transactions. Promotion and ad fees apply as quoted at point of purchase.

Payments & escrow: see Buyer Protection Policy. Funds are held by our regulated payment partner — not by OnePart.

Off-platform dealings are permitted but UNPROTECTED — OnePart is not liable for private off-platform transactions.

Liability: the platform is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to fees paid to us. We are not liable for user conduct or item condition, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where it applies to business sellers.

Suspension or termination: we may suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Governing law: South Africa. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution process set out on the platform.

Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes.
